TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all events presented, promoted, or operated by Kinetix Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or entering an event venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

 

Kinetix Group reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website at www.kinetixgroup.com.au.

 

 

2. Entry & Admission

 

Entry to all events is subject to venue capacity limits, security screening, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The licensee and venue reserve the statutory right to refuse entry or remove any patron at their discretion.

 

All events are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated. Valid photo identification must be produced upon request. Accepted forms of ID include Australian Driver Licence (physical or digital), Australian Proof of Age Card, Keypass Card, or an International Passport. Photocopies, screenshots, or invalid IDs will not be accepted.

 

Lockout times may apply at certain events. Patrons who arrive after a lockout time may be refused entry without refund.

 

Re-entry is not permitted unless expressly stated otherwise. Wristbands or credentials do not guarantee re-entry.

 

 

3. Ticketing & Refunds

 

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full cancellation.

 

Kinetix Group is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers or third-party resale platforms. We do not guarantee the validity of second-hand tickets.

 

Ticketing enquiries, transfers, or access issues must be directed to the official ticketing provider listed for the event.

 

Event lineups, set times, and schedules are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to lineup changes or artist cancellations.

 

 

4. Drug & Alcohol Policy

 

Kinetix Group operates a zero-tolerance policy toward the possession, use, or distribution of illicit substances at all events.

 

Any patron found in possession of illegal substances may be refused entry, evicted from the event, and/or referred to police.

 

Alcohol is served in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any patron at any time. Intoxicated patrons may be refused entry or removed without refund.

 

 

5. Security & Police Operations

 

All patrons are subject to security screening, including bag checks and personal searches where required. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in refusal of entry or eviction without refund.

 

Police operations, including the use of sniffer dogs, may be present at events. Any detection or indication of illegal substances may result in further searches by police.

 

 

6. Behaviour & Conduct

 

Patrons are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

 

Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, unsafe conduct, or actions that disrupt public order will not be tolerated. Any patron engaging in such behaviour may be removed from the event without refund.

 

Unauthorised media, recording equipment, or commercial activity is prohibited unless prior approval has been granted.

 

 

7. Prohibited Items

 

Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to: weapons, illicit drugs, glass or metal containers, alcohol, fireworks, flares, laser pointers, professional recording equipment, large bags, or any item deemed unsafe by venue or security staff.

 

Patrons found in possession of prohibited or illegal items may be refused entry, required to surrender the item, or removed from the event.

 

 

8. Photography & Filming

 

By entering a Kinetix Group event, patrons consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by Kinetix Group for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital, print, and social platforms without compensation.

 

 

9. Accessibility & Medical Requirements

 

Accessibility provisions vary by venue. Where applicable, accessible entry points and facilities will be provided.

 

Patrons with medical requirements must carry medication in original packaging with appropriate prescriptions where required. Only minimal quantities necessary for the duration of the event should be brought. Concealment of medication is not permitted.

 

 

10. Liability

 

Attendance at events is at the patron’s own risk. Kinetix Group and associated venues accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death occurring at or in connection with any event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

Kinetix Group is not responsible for hearing damage or loss. Patrons are encouraged to use hearing protection where necessary.

 

 

11. Event Changes & Force Majeure

 

Kinetix Group reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Refunds or exchanges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from attendance at a Kinetix Group event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
